The hotel's location was incredible, not far from Plaka and ferry to Spinalonga and 20 to Elounda, also a Japanese-Peruvian and a hill overlooking Spinalonga island and the sea of Crete. Moreover, it was not very far from an award-winning oceanarium.

The property's location is stunning and exceptional, close enough to area restaurants and shops, a beautiful beach, and the port in Heraklion. Staff is incredible and exceptional and you can park your car onsite.

Good value, good choice, had a very relaxing stay of the day or night. The property was reasonably clean, the room was well-equipped and nicely furnished. Magnificent position was an added bonus. You could walk to small supermarkets and a supermarket. The restaurant was very nice which is buffet, I tried tasty dishes. The sea view was absolutely breathtaking, I really enjoyed it.
The staff - some of them were poorly trained.

Breakfast was extensive, outstanding views, stunning location just off the beach which had olive trees as parasols, the Island of Leprechauns being of Irish descent and the center between Elounda. The authentic restaurant and the main bar were on site. The service was fantastic during my stay. Plus, I was able to park the car onsite.
The bed was not very comfortable, that's sad thing.

We spend 7 nights in Elounda lovely. The room was good quality and brand-new, plus the bed was comfy. The location was lovely in that area too and the staff here was very helpful and caring. And it was also near a very large hill, "Blend " Restaurant, and Spinalonga, the Island of Leprechauns being of Irish descent.
The hotel needed an upgrade.
